Wheat Flour

We source only flour milled from high quality wheat grown in the U.S. and Canada.


We use granulated sugar to enhance the sweetness of our Milano® cookies; this is the traditional sugar you can find in your cabinets at home.

Milk and Semi Sweet Chocolates

Our semi sweet chocolate consists of sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa powder alkali, cocoa butter, butter oil, soy lecithin and vanilla extract. Our Milk Chocolate Milano® cookies use milk chocolate which consists of sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa powder alkali, chocolate liquor, skim milk powder, soy lecithin, and vanilla extract.

Ingredients for Flavor

Milk Chocolate

We use milk chocolate in each of our Milk Chocolate Milano® cookies to deliver that classic chocolate taste.

Semi Sweet Chocolate

We use semi sweet chocolate in each of our Dark Chocolate and Double Chocolate Milano® cookies to deliver that signature chocolate taste.


We use granulated sugar to help enhance the sweetness of our Milano® cookies. Sugar is a common ingredient in baking and also helps develop the golden brown color on the biscuit.

Natural flavors

A common term for flavors which give products their distinctive tastes. Natural flavors, oils or extracts can be derived from a wide range of foods such as fruits, vegetables and herbs. We choose natural flavors in order to avoid using artificial flavors.

Ingredients for Texture


Eggs are used in our Milano® cookies to help combine ingredients, add natural color and provide a distinct texture.

Egg Whites

Egg whites are used in to help obtain the airy texture of our Milano® cookies and to help strengthen the dough.

Enriched Wheat Flour

The flour is enriched with essential nutrients: niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2) and folic acid. The flour we use is made from soft red winter wheat grown in the in the US and Canada.

Ingredients for Leavening

Baking Soda

We use Baking Soda to help the Milano® cookies rise in the oven.

Genetically Modified Ingredients

In America, approximately 90% of all canola, corn, soybean and sugar beet crops are grown from genetically modified seeds. Farmers have been using these seeds for more than 20 years as they are safe, reduce costs and improve yields.

The ingredients in Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Double Chocolate Milano® cookies may be derived from these crops:
